Belfast City Airport is hosting That’s the Spirit from 25 October to 29 October 2026, shining a spotlight on Ireland’s distillery scene. The week-long celebration champions the craft and heritage behind some of the region’s spirit brands, giving passengers the opportunity to sample premium products and meet the makers driving Ireland’s distilling renaissance.
The distillers taking part in this year’s line-up include Basalt, Copeland, McConnell’s Irish Whisky and Jawbox. Sampling takes place throughout the week in World Duty Free and the Aspire Lounge, with exclusive promotions available in The Artisan and Samson’s Kitchen and Bar. Brand representatives are on hand to share tasting notes and production insights behind each bottle.
The wide selection of Ireland-made products showcased throughout the week is available for all passengers to purchase at World Duty Free, including gin, whiskey, vodka, rum and liqueurs.
