- Booking Holdings has begun consolidating Agoda, Booking.com and Priceline B2B units
- The new platform operates under the name Booking Partner Services
- Priceline’s B2B partner migration has already started
- The full migration may extend into 2027
- Omri Morgenshtern has overseen the consolidation while running Agoda
Booking Holdings has begun consolidating its three brands’ separate B2B businesses into a single platform called Booking Partner Services. The company has started migrating Priceline’s B2B partners to the new platform, with the process already underway. Omri Morgenshtern, Agoda CEO, has been running the B2B unit and overseeing the consolidation of Agoda, Booking.com and Priceline’s B2B operations.
The new platform represents the latest step in a major overhaul of how Booking Holdings sells travel inventory to banks, airlines and other partners. Skift reported exclusively last month that Booking Holdings was forming a new B2B unit under Morgenshtern. The migration of all B2B partners onto the new platform may take until the end of this year and could extend into 2027. The company has been moving partners from one API to another for a substantial portion of its B2B relationships.
A source familiar with Booking’s B2B transition described the task as substantial. The consolidation has required moving external partners onto a unified technical infrastructure while maintaining service continuity. Morgenshtern has been tasked with executing the massive tech migration while also trying to win new B2B partnerships. The integration of the three brands’ separate systems has represented a complex undertaking for the online travel group.
