Cliste Hospitality has celebrated the graduation of the fifth-year class from its Leadership Development Programme. The programme supports emerging and established leaders across its client portfolio. The senior teams gathered in Dublin to mark the occasion.

A total of 84 colleagues have completed the Leadership Development Programme since it first began. The programme supports leaders within the organisation to develop in areas around each key aspect of the business. Experts from outside the industry contribute fresh perspectives over the course of each 12-month programme, focusing on leadership, strategy, innovation and talent management. Each candidate is assigned a Mentor, a senior figure within The iNUA Hotel Collection, who supports and guides each candidate throughout the programme.

Deirdre Buckley, Chief People Officer of Cliste Hospitality and The iNUA Hotel Collection, congratulated the graduates at the event in Dublin city centre on 9 September.

Deirdre Buckley shared “We are delighted to come together to mark the graduation of this year’s candidates on the iNUA Leadership Development Programme.”
