Cosmos Tours has launched a new dedicated training portal designed to give agents the knowledge tools and confidence to sell escorted touring. The portal has taken agents through the Cosmos proposition demonstrating how the touring specialist ensures The World Within Reach. The programme has been built around three core pillars of Value, Flexibility and Confidence.
The training highlights the strong overall value and trust offered by Cosmos bringing together accommodation transport sightseeing and expert guidance. The course is divided into five lessons covering welcome to Cosmos Tours, Cosmos and customers, exploring the world with Cosmos, popular Cosmos tours and selling Cosmos with confidence. Agents who signed up and finished the course by 2 November were entered into a draw to win one of five €55 Amazon vouchers.
The programme has been created to provide agents with practical knowledge they can apply directly to customer conversations. Cosmos Tours featured a wide range of inclusions as standard including flexibility and free time, comfortable coach seating, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, USB plug points, visits to must-see sites and centrally located hotels.
