Lara Richard and Bryan Liebman
Originally from South Africa, Richard Leibman moved to the United States in 1977. Settling in Houston, Texas, he purchased FROSCH from the Frosch family as a newcomer to the travel industry. At that point, the company, established in 1972, employed only four agents and two support staff. FROSCH now employs more than 1800, with dozens of offices across the country. Today, Richard is joined in the business by two of his three children, Bryan and Lara. Since 1998, the company has expanded by an average of 30% per year through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
This partnership will allow CTM clients access to a broad global selection of travel management tools and support to augment CTM’s existing unique personal service levels. With an advanced suite of technology, including the addition of mobile applications and comprehensive passenger tracking, all clients’ duty of care obligations as an employer will be fulfilled.
CTM offers a number of booking channels, all of which allows their clients complete visibility over employee spend while simultaneously providing duty of care fulfilment. CTM is a member of the Irish Travel Agents Association and have achieved and maintained ISO 9001:2015 certification since 2012.
Angela Walsh, chief executive, FROSCH CTM, said, “this partnership gives FROSCH CTM a business technology offering that is far superior to what we previously had. Business travellers can now avail of a suite of travel management solutions focusing on a holistic approach to their travel needs through our joint client service ethos and an innovative online technology base. Travel spend can also be effectively managed with FROSCH CTM’s improved complete global reporting solution.”
Bryan Leibman, President & CEO of FROSCH, remarked: “We bfollow an individual, personalised approach, supporting industry technology and a white glove VIP service level to the individual traveller. That is what makes us so compatible. I am confident that together.”
