CThe Culloden Estate & Spa has completed a comprehensive €716,000 dual-phase renovation programme to celebrate its landmark 150th anniversary. Positioned on a 12-acre estate overlooking Belfast Lough. The five-star hotel underwent extensive interior, dining, and wellness transformations following a year of substantial market growth.

  • Guest Rooms (€580,000): The fourth-floor Garden Rooms and Deluxe King guest rooms received fully redesigned layouts utilizing rich terracotta and deep-green color palettes. The upgrades integrated bespoke furniture, ambient lighting, and complete bathroom overhauls outfitted with marble-effect stone finishes, brushed-brass fixtures, and walk-in rainfall showers.
  • The Ailsa Suite (€46,000): This private dining and event venue was meticulously refurbished to mirror its original 1876 Victorian heritage. The design features William Morris wallpaper, rich navy undertones, velvet and leather seating, and a custom marble boardroom table.
  • The Spa & Fitness Studio (€93,000): Enhancements added high-end marble flooring spanning the entire reception area alongside modernized retail spaces and dedicated lounge seating. The fitness suite was equipped with state-of-the-art weight resistance systems and premium treadmills.
