CV Villas, a premium villa holiday specialist with over 50 years of experience in curating exceptional holiday stays, has officially expanded its operations in Ireland. The expansion has introduced financially protected packages tailored specifically for the Irish market, with the brand securing its TOPP Policy approved with the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA).

The TOPP (Total Payment Protection) Policy in Irish travel and aviation regulation is a specialised consumer-protection insurance policy. Licensed travel agents and tour operators use it to safeguard customer prepayments and bookings in compliance with the Package Holidays and Travel Trade Act 1995 and related national regulations.

Following active market engagement by CV Villas’ Business Development team since June of 2025, the brand identified a clear demand for a premium, specialist villa tour operator capable of offering complete financial peace of mind across all packages, including villa and flight combinations, as well as villa and car rental bookings.

To support this market launch, CV Villas has secured key commercial agreements with two of Ireland’s leading travel trade consortia: Travel Centres and Worldchoice Ireland. The specialist operator has offered an extensive portfolio across the top outbound destinations favoured by Irish holidaymakers, including Spain, Portugal, and Greece. The TOPP Policy has approved all villa and flight packages and villa and car packages with the IAA. Flight-inclusive holiday packages have become available directly from Dublin, Shannon, and Cork using Aer Lingus and Ryanair. Strategic partnerships have launched with major Irish travel consortia, including Travel Centres, Travel Counsellors, Frosch Ireland and Worldchoice Ireland. Premium villa portfolios have become available across Spain, Portugal, Greece, Barbados, and additional Mediterranean highlights.
