Stetsons and Dallas Cowboys were the order of the night as Visit Dallas hosted a thigh slappin’ evening regaling travel agents and invited travel media with the finest that Dallas and Fortworth has to offer.
AND there is a surprising amount of art and culture involved, even a replica of Coco Chanel’s Paris apartment complete with all the furniture she designed for it herself.
With American Airline’s luxurious Dreamliners set to fly to Dallas (FD. airport) on a daily basis from June to September there’s never been a better time to plan a visit to the city made famous back in the 80’s by JR Ewing and his stetson. However there’s a whole lot more to Dallas – it also has a replica of the Oval office which you can visit without having to meet President Trump. And if you have the right amount of money burning a hole in your pocket you can even have a dinosaur named after you. All this plus the public transport is free.
