Services at Dublin Airport have fully resumed this morning following a fire in Terminal One.
Passengers awaiting flights were moved away from their gates and services in part of the airport were disrupted shortly after 9.30am.
Dublin Airport Twitter account reporting that Pier 3 in Terminal 1 was evacuated following a blaze.
Security screening was temporarily suspended after a fire alarm in one of the airport’s offices was set off.
A spokesman for Dublin Airport confirmed that normal operations resumed at Pier 3 after 30 minutes, and that security screening was resumed after 20 minutes.
Nobody was injured as a result of the fire, and operations in Terminal 1 have now resumed as normal. Members of Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene.
