Fifteen tourism companies from Ireland are participating in the IFTM Top Resa exhibition in Paris, the largest travel trade event in France with approximately 30,000 attendees.
The event presents a significant opportunity for Irish companies to engage in around 675 commercial meetings with key figures in the French travel industry for future collaborations.
Tourism Ireland aims to attract top tour operators, travel agents, and journalists from France, as it prepares for an extensive promotional campaign targeting the French market for late-season travel and 2025.

Ana Luis, Tourism Ireland’s Trade Partnership Manager France, said: “Our presence at IFTM is a valuable opportunity for our partners from Ireland to showcase their product and connect with leading French travel professionals, to negotiate inclusion in their programmes for 2025 and beyond. Around 675 commercial meetings are taking place on the Ireland stand this week. “Tourism Ireland’s aim is to capture the attention of the tour operators, travel agents and journalists attending IFTM this week. France is one of the top four markets for tourism to Ireland and Tourism Ireland is rolling out an extensive and targeted programme of promotions in France this autumn – aimed at boosting late season travel and positioning us well for 2025.”
