Forbes Travel Guide has confirmed the winners of its third annual Verified Air Travel Awards. Delta Air Lines was named Best US Airline for the third year running and collected six awards in total including Best US First Class and Best Loyalty Programme. Emirates retained Best International Airline.
LaGuardia Airport took Best US Airport and Singapore Changi won Best International Airport. Air New Zealand’s Skynest which introduced flat beds in economy received the Innovation of the Year award. The results came from a survey of nearly 9,000 luxury travel professionals and inspectors.
The awards recognise excellence in passenger experience across airlines and airports. Delta secured six awards including Best US Airline. Emirates reclaimed the title of Best International Airline. The Verified Air Travel Awards honour outstanding passenger experiences across 18 categories.
