Neonyx Cruises has postponed its inaugural season in the Eastern Mediterranean to summer 2025 due to refurbishment delays on the Goddess of the Night ship.

The 2,700-guest vessel recently returned to Greece after a charter operation in Italy for the G7 Summit, but was seized by local authorities due to poor sanitary conditions and allegations of fraud.

Neonyx Cruises plans to offer adults-only cruises to the Greek Isles and Turkey from Piraeus and Cesme, featuring visits to Mykonos and Santorini.

The ship, formerly Costa Magica, was sold by Costa Cruises in 2023 and underwent drydock in Turkey after nearly three years out of service due to the pandemic before being acquired by Seajets.
