Aer Lingus plans to trim 500 flights from the summer schedules, related to maintenance schedules rather than fuel supply issues, were widely reported in media over the weekend.
The Aer Lingus flight cancellations were first reported by Travel Extra on April 7. The schedule was reduced by about 2pc, concentrating on routes with high frequencies and trimming weaker midweek flights. Here are the flights affected:
