Hibernia Line partners with Rachel Allen for Cork ferry menus

Hibernia Line has announced a partnership with celebrity chef Rachel Allen to curate exclusive menus for its new daily Cork to Boulogne-sur-Mer ferry service. 

Ms Allen will design and oversee dishes using local Irish produce, including roast beef and lamb, with seasonal refreshes to highlight Ireland’s culinary heritage. The collaboration aims to deliver high-quality dining for passengers on the flagship vessels St Patrick and Akka.
