HX Expeditions has unveiled a newly expanded portfolio of Greenland experiences from June 2026 through the 2027 season. The company has developed the offerings in collaboration with Greenlandic community partners. The Greenlandic culinary programme has returned across nine sailings on the vessels Fram, Roald Amundsen, Spitsbergen and Fridtjof Nansen.
A rotating line-up of guest chefs has featured Inunnguaq Hegelund from June to September, Laasi Biilmann from June to August, Eli Nuka Johansson from August to September, and Heidi Andersen from August to September. The new “Tide to Table” experience has launched exclusively on Fridtjof Nansen sailings. The “Elements: Greenland Experience” has offered small-group immersions in South Greenland’s wilderness with hikes, boat journeys and overnight stays.
Additional experiences have included new boat cruises to the Ikka Fjords, kayaking, guided walks led by local Inuit partners, and new boat excursions in Disko Bay.
Inunnguaq Hegelund shared “The programme showcases the rich and diverse flavours of Greenlandic cuisine.”
