Icelandair confirms Saint Louis service to comence 14 May 2027

Icelandair has revealed a new service connecting St. Louis and Iceland from 14 May 2027, strengthening connectivity between the Midwest, Iceland and wider Europe. The non-stop flights from St. Louis Lambert International Airport will operate using a Boeing 737 MAX 8 up to four times a week from 14 May to 24 October on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

The service offers the Midwest connections to more than 35 destinations in Europe. Icelandair stated the addition supports the continued development of its route network and strengthens the range of options available to customers. The airline also announced an expanded partnership with Southwest Airlines, which will create connections between destinations across North America, Iceland and Europe.

St. Louis is Icelandair’s newest gateway. The service operates up to four times a week. The route uses a Boeing 737 MAX 8.
