InteleTravel launches UAE operation as part of expansion efforts

InteleTravel has launched its UAE operation as part of expansion efforts. The company started with 34 preferred partners in the UAE that include cruise lines, tour operators, live events and attractions. A back office supports this with over 3 million products such as accommodation, air and ancillary services to enable dynamic packaging.

The UAE office took place in Dubai and receives management from England team headed by London Managing Director Tricia Handley-Hughes. InteleTravel secured legal permits and the UAE trading licence. The company provides a dedicated customer service team to support advisors on the ground and unveiled a new InteleTravel UAE website with AI technology to streamline administration processes for advisors. 

The company set initial sights on recruiting 1,000 advisors in the region with training tools and a 90-day onboarding programme that includes mandatory travel training on the regulatory framework.
