Irish trade partners experience MS Riviera Resplendence on European rivers. Irish travel trade professionals were among the first guests aboard Riviera Travel’s newest ship, MS Riviera Resplendence, following its inaugural sailing on 4 July 2026.
The group, including agents from Cloud9 Travel, Travel Counsellors, Best4Travel and others, praised the ship’s interiors, service, dining options and amenities such as a splash pool, spa and multiple restaurants.
With a capacity of 178 guests, the vessel operates on Rhine and Danube itineraries including popular routes like the Blue Danube, with direct flights from Dublin and Shannon. Trade partners highlighted its appeal for clients seeking river cruising experiences.
