ITB Asia 2026 will run from 21 to 23 October at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore under the theme Experiences in Motion: Human Centred Design in Travel and Tourism. The conference will examine changing traveller expectations, artificial intelligence and new business models. Opening keynotes will feature speakers from Simon Kucher and WebBeds discussing the global travel outlook for Asia Pacific.

The three-day B2B trade show will explore how businesses can shift toward more hyper-personalised meaningful and experience-led travel design. Organised by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific the event is co-located with MICE Show Asia and Travel Tech Asia bringing together over 18,000 participants and 150 plus industry leaders across three primary thematic theatres.

The Knowledge Theatre focuses on macro trends including the evolution of Chinese outbound tourism, luxury travel and the rise of digital-native travellers. The MICE Show Asia Theatre centres on next-generation event design, ROI and shifting buyer expectations. The Travel Tech Asia Theatre spotlights the intersection of human design and artificial intelligence with panels featuring leaders from Booking.com, KAYAK and Agoda. The 19th edition of the exhibition is debuting custom Experience Zones and curated Guided Tours.
