Jameson Distillery Bow St. and Fable Bakery have partnered to launch a limited-edition Irish Coffee Workshop pairing Jameson Black Barrel with exclusive handcrafted pastries. The collaboration brings together two Smithfield neighbours, celebrating the creativity, craftsmanship and spirit of the neighbourhood.
The Jameson Black Barrel Irish Coffee Workshop with Fable Bakery invites guests to learn how to craft the perfect Irish Coffee, guided by Jameson’s Craft Ambassadors. The hands-on workshop explores the story behind Irish Coffee, the distinctive flavour profile of Jameson Black Barrel and the small details that make a great serve feel special. Guests craft their own Jameson Black Barrel Irish Coffee, choosing flavour notes and finishes to suit their taste. Exclusive Fable Bakery creations include a whiskey caramel and spiced apple Danish and a cheese and onion crisp croissant, specially designed to complement the richness and warmth of Jameson Black Barrel.
The workshop launches on 9 September for a limited seasonal run. The collaboration celebrates Dublin’s thriving coffee and pastry culture, offering a distinctly Dublin experience. Guests discover why Jameson Black Barrel works well in an Irish Coffee before learning how to build, finish and garnish their own.
Lee Brunt shared: “Dublin’s coffee and bakery scene is having a real moment, and we wanted to tap into that in a way that felt authentic to Jameson Distillery Bow St. While Fable has built a loyal following across Dublin, what makes this collaboration even more special is that we’re neighbours here in Smithfield.”
Elyse and Kate shared: “Dublin’s bakery scene has changed so much in recent years, with people genuinely seeking out independent bakeries, interesting pastries and the craft that goes into making them. That’s something we’re really passionate about at Fable, so partnering with Jameson Distillery Bow St on this felt like a brilliant meeting of worlds.”
