Journey has been selected as preferred digital provider for The Leading Hotels of the World.

The appointment took place on 24 June 2026 through the Leading Strategic Sourcing programme. Journey supplies digital marketing, website and gift voucher solutions to LHW member hotels. LHW comprises over 425 independent luxury properties in more than 80 countries.

Journey already partners with several LHW hotels including Carlisle Bay in Antigua. The agreement supports direct revenue growth through seamless online experiences. Simon Bullingham highlighted the retail approach for luxury hotels.

The partnership strengthens Journey’s position in Ireland where hotels invest in non room revenue technology. DayBlink GPO collaborates with LHW on the sourcing programme. The platform unifies experience management, marketing and payments.
