Las Torres Patagonia has reopened for the season on 1 October 2026 with new experiences designed to take travellers deeper into the landscapes, traditions and conservation stories of Chilean Patagonia. Located in the heart of the Torres del Paine National Park guests at the family-owned reserve will now be able to learn to track the signs of Patagonia’s apex predator during a Kingdom of the Puma experience, discover the heritage behind the landscape at a new Interpretation Center and experience a hosted take on the legendary W Circuit.
The Kingdom of the Puma experience will see expert guides teach guests to read the landscape rather than simply setting out in pursuit of a puma sighting. Timed around sunrise and sunset small groups will travel by UTV through different areas of the Las Torres Patagonia reserve in search of tracks and subtle changes in the environment that reveal recent feline activity. The experience opens a conversation about the conservation work happening behind the scenes through the work of Las Torres Patagonia Conservancy.
The new W Journey Circuit gives hikers a new way to tackle one of Patagonia’s best-known trekking routes. The five-day four-night hosted experience through the landscapes of the Torres del Paine National Park takes in landmarks including Base Torres, the French Valley, Británico Viewpoint and the first Grey Glacier viewpoint. In November Hotel Las Torres’ new restaurant Galpón will open its doors in a new venue.
