On Royal Caribbean’s Legend of the Seas, Chops Grille occupies a dedicated space on Deck 5 within the Royal Promenade area. Guests book through the ship’s app or guest services for dinner, with some sailings also offering lunch. The menu follows a prix fixe structure with choices across courses. Steaks arrive chargrilled or prepared to the requested doneness, with a house-made steak sauce on the side.

Starters include charred beef carpaccio served rare with rocket, Parmesan, and truffle mustard dressing; colossal shrimp cocktail with horseradish sauce; pan-seared crab cake with chipotle aioli; tuna tartare with avocado, ginger, and wasabi caviar; and grilled black pepper bacon with sweet and spicy glaze. Soups and salads feature wild mushroom soup scented with white truffle oil and crispy goat cheese salad with green apples, candied walnuts, cranberries, and balsamic dressing.
Main courses centre on beef cuts. The grilled filet mignon (9 oz) ranks as one of the most ordered items, with a 6 oz petite version available. Other steaks include New York strip, dry-aged options, and Iconic Cuts such as tomahawk or Wagyu with additional charges. Non-beef mains comprise roasted organic chicken with red onion jam, veal chop Parmesan, slow-braised short rib with bordelaise sauce, grilled branzino, and spicy jumbo shrimp in garlic butter sauce.
Sides come ordered separately and include Gruyère cheese tater tots, truffled French fries, creamed spinach, Yon Gold mashed potatoes, grilled jumbo asparagus, and roasted mushrooms.
Desserts rotate through key lime meringue pie, New York cheesecake with raspberries and lemon confit, and other composed plates. A children’s menu provides scaled versions of steaks, chicken, and simpler options.
