Marriott International has announced a landmark agreement with Misr Italia Properties and People & Places to develop nine properties, adding more than 1,500 hotel keys across Egypt’s key coastal and urban destinations.
The deal, witnessed by senior Egyptian officials, aims to boost the country’s tourism capacity, create jobs, and enhance luxury hospitality offerings.
It aligns with Egypt’s strategy to attract international visitors and investment through expanded hotel and mixed-use developments.
