This year’s Hospitality Exchange which will take place at the Crowne Plaza Belfast on 13 and 14 October 2026. is open to all those working in the tourism and hospitality sector. This year’s programme tackles the challenges and opportunities shaping hospitality from rising costs and changing market conditions to technology, AI, talent development, tourism growth and the increasing importance of data.
The event will feature a line-up of speakers with practical insights on building resilience, embracing innovation and delivering exceptional hospitality as well as opportunities to connect, celebrate and look ahead to what is next for the industry. Tourism Ireland CEO Alice Mansergh and TourismNI CEO Laura McCorry will discuss the six counties tourism ambitions and potential at home and overseas in the Talking Tourism session on Wednesday 14 October.
The conference provides a platform for tourism and hospitality professionals to engage with industry trends and developments.
