Carnival Cruise Line has started introducing its new dinner menu on additional ships. The Carnival Celebration debuts the menu on 7 June 2026, the Carnival Venezia follows on 18 June 2026, and the Carnival Dream introduces the dishes on 5 July 2026. Fourteen vessels in the fleet now offer the updated dining selection that first appeared on the Carnival Magic in January.
John Heald, brand ambassador, confirmed that the menu remains in a test phase while the company evaluates guest feedback. The selection includes Beef Wellington as a highlight. Several ships including the Mardi Gras, Carnival Panorama, Carnival Sunshine, Carnival Liberty and Carnival Jubilee already serve the new menu.
John Heald shared “Just my admiration for the culinary team who have a budget per passenger to work with, and if you knew that budget and what they manage to cook up for thousands of people each week, you would be gobsmacked.”
