The NI Hotels Federation (NIHF) has officially unveiled the schedule for Hospitality Exchange 2026, taking place at the Crowne Plaza Belfast on 13 and 14 October 2026, with approximately 700 delegates expected. The flagship tourism and hospitality event brings together hoteliers, operators, and industry leaders to focus on technology, talent, and performance trends.

The programme includes sessions on AI, leadership, and talent, with speakers including hotel and tourism leaders plus travel journalist Pól Ó Conghaile. The event concludes with a gala ball and Rising Star Awards celebrating emerging talent aged 30 and under in the hotel sector.

The full two-day programme features keynotes from AI visibility expert Adam Hamadache, leadership expert Dr Paul Redmond, and Michelin-starred chef Spencer Metzger, alongside sessions on hotel performance data, changing guest habits, and the future of hotel investment and growth.

NIHF shared “Around 700 delegates are expected for sessions on technology, AI, leadership and talent, with speakers including hotel and tourism leaders.”
