Norwegian Cruise Line has changed the departure port for a cruise onboard the Norwegian Dawn on 2 August 2026 and the ship will sail from Tarragona instead of Barcelona.
The decision followed changes in port availability according to a statement sent to booked guests.
The departure time shifted from 16:00 to 19:00 but no further changes to the itinerary were made. The seven-night cruise visits Palma de Mallorca Valencia Motril Gibraltar Cadiz and Portimão before it ends in Lisbon on 9 August 2026. The Norwegian Dawn is currently completing a winter season in Tampa and is scheduled to reposition to Europe in mid-April. The ship will offer itineraries in the Western Mediterranean and Western Europe before it returns to Florida in November.
