Ciara Troy shared “We started Oishii with a simple belief that great, delicious sushi should be something everyone can enjoy. Twenty years later, we’re incredibly proud to still be making our sushi right here in Dublin and sharing it with people across Ireland. We’re an Irish food business with a real passion for Japanese-inspired food, and we have a fantastic team who put care into everything we make, every tray, every day.”
