Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled new and enhanced bars, lounges and beverage concepts debuting aboard the Seven Seas Prestige. The ship is set to depart on its maiden voyage from Barcelona on 13 December 2026, followed by a series of cruises in the Caribbean and Europe during its inaugural season. The ship will also get its exclusive Seven Seas Prestige cocktail, joining Regent’s signature cocktails created for each ship in the fleet.
New concepts include Galileo’s Bar, inspired by Galileo’s spirit of discovery and the Italian tradition of aperitivo. This bar offers premium Italian spirits and distinctive cocktail presentations. At the heart of the experience is the Negroni Observatory, a collection of interpretations of Italy’s iconic aperitif, alongside cocktails inspired by the night sky. Signature creations include the Astronomer’s Negroni blending mezcal, Beefeater Gin and Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino, Jupiter’s Garden featuring gin, Frangelico and fresh basil, Venetian Moon crafted with gin, lychee, lemon and basil, and Orbit Zero Espresso Martini, a zero-proof interpretation. Azure offers a collection of refreshing herbal cocktails, citrus-led spritzes and regional wines that complement the restaurant’s Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Signature creations include the Monastery Sour combining Bénédictine, brandy, lemon juice and thyme syrup, Beet and Pear Sour blending pear vodka, fresh beetroot juice, lemon juice, thyme syrup and egg white, and Provence Bloom featuring elderflower liquor, lavender syrup, lemon juice, peach puree, gin and tonic water.
Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose offers a collection of crisp wines, cocktails featuring citrus notes and herbal aromatics and zero-proof creations in the open air. Signature creations include Pearl of the Riviera featuring Grey Goose La Poire, Cocchi Americano, Luxardo Aperitivo and Prosecco, Imperial Yuzu combining Junmai daiginjo sake, yuzu sake liqueur, Italicus Bergamot Liqueur and Prosecco, Orchard Fizz, a zero-proof option featuring apple juice, lemon and rosemary, and Dark ‘n Spicy, a zero-proof cocktail featuring Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit, lime juice, ginger beer and sugar-free vanilla syrup. Other bars and lounges include the Prestige Lounge, Meridian Lounge and panoramic Observation Lounge, the Art Deco-inspired Connoisseur Lounge, Casino, al fresco Pool Bar and Coffee Connection.
