Reservations Group, formerly known as Hotelplanner, has launched its AI-powered Reservations app on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app became available on 29 September 2026 following an early access period that began in June. Users can discover, compare and book hotels, flights and transportation through a single conversational interface without leaving the app. The group supports significant transaction volume across hospitality, travel and entertainment and is on track to generate nearly $4bn in gross booking value this year after annual growth of around 70pc over the past three years. Its AI agents already handle more than 250,000 customer interactions each day.
The app allows users to discover, compare and complete travel reservations through a single text or voice conversation, removing the friction of navigating multi-step checkouts or third-party platforms. The app is built on proprietary voice and chat AI fluent in 15 languages and manages bookings directly from idea to completion. The platform fully supports US reservations for hotels, flights and transportation rentals, with plans to add more categories and international destinations in the future. The tool integrates with the group’s global ecosystem, which currently processes over 250,000 AI customer interactions daily. The broader company is on track to hit nearly $4bn in gross booking value this year.
Travellers can now download the app directly via the Apple App Store or Google Play. The app transitions from its June 2026 early access period to full market availability on 29 September 2026. Reservations Group was formerly known as HotelPlanner.
