Ryanair has announced a short term winter seat sale offering discounts of €20 on selected flights to destinations including Spain, Italy and France. Fares from Dublin start from as low as €14.99 to some England cities. The airline stated the sale ends at midnight on 23 September. Separately the airline confirmed capacity reductions of hundreds of thousands of seats in Estonia and Lithuania this winter linked to higher airport charges.
