The Sustainable Restaurant Association Ireland has awarded its ratings for 2025-26 to three key providers and restaurants. 

Then Association operates Food Made Good Standard worldwide with one-, two-, or three-star ratings based on sourcing, society, and environment criteria.

  • Gather + Gather Ireland retained three-star rating for plant-forward menus using seasonal local ingredients and partnerships with over 100 small producers.
  • Bujo in Dublin achieved three-star rating as only eatery of its type serving Beyond Meat Burger with compostable packaging and renewable electricity.
  • 3fe coffee shops in Dublin received one-star rating first in 2017 for food waste management, local sourcing, and composting coffee grounds.
  • Loam in Galway earned high sustainability recognition for using entire animal, fish, or vegetable, indoor herb growing, and community food initiatives.

A written statement shared “Businesses scoring 50pc or higher have achieved The Food Made Good Standard and are recognised via a star system.”
