Aer Lingus has introduced a new business class menu that is updated every three months, featuring dishes such as thyme and parsley chicken, herb-infused roasted pork, hake, salmon, and a vegetarian stew, along with starters like Irish smoked salmon and saffron-poached prawns, and desserts like lemon mousse and cheeseboard.
The airline has expanded its inflight entertainment library by over a third, adding 48 Irish movies and over 1,000 TV episodes. Customer viewership of movies and shows on Aer Lingus flights increased by 2m in 2023 compared to the previous year.
