Travel Counsellors is celebrating after being crowned Top Travel Agency in Ireland at Celebrity Cruises’ annual Travel Agent Appreciation Awards, as first revealed in Travel Extra.
Last week’s event at The Hospital Club was a celebration of agents and trade partners of Celebrity Cruises over the past 12 months.
Cathy Burke, General Manager of Travel Counsellors Ireland, said: “I am immensely proud that Travel Counsellors Ireland has scooped Celebrity Cruises’ Top Travel Agency in Ireland. This is an acknowledgement of the great efforts our office staff and 65 highly dedicated Irish-based Travel Counsellors have invested into the company, ensuring it continues to be a leader in travel, customer-service and innovation.”
Eleven awards were presented on the day, with more than 50 trade partners attending. The awards, in their third year, were hosted by Dondra Ritzenthaler, Senior Vice President, sales, trade support and services and Jo Rzymowska, Vice President and Managing Director for Ireland, Britain and Asia.
