TUI has highlighted four Christmas market cities for foodies seeking to combine a festive city break with local flavours. The destinations include Prague with smoked ham roasted over open flames, potato pancakes and gingerbread, Budapest with chimney cakes, paprika sausages and goulash, Vienna with glühwein, roasted chestnuts and festive pastries and Kraków with oscypek smoked cheese served hot from the grill with cranberry jam.
