Visit Cork has highlighted food experiences through the Experience Cork campaign that features producer visits and culinary trails. The English Market in Cork City serves as a central point for local produce. Kinsale offers food tours while Mhuscraí provides buffalo cheese tastings at O Tuama Tours.
Cork hosts around 60 pc of Ireland’s artisan food producers and the highest concentration of Michelin-starred restaurants. Cork on a Fork Fest received recognition as the top summer food festival in Europe for 12 to 16 August 2026. The campaign creates itineraries that connect visitors with makers and flavours.
Brewery and distillery tours form part of the offerings alongside hands-on sessions. Cork positions itself for food-focused short breaks. The county combines landscape, producers and dining.
