Chef Richard Corrigan has launched the online fundraiser in aid of the Focus Ireland offering the chance to win an exclusive Christmas stay at the Virginia Park Lodge.
The prize is a two-night stay for the four people from the Christmas Eve to the St Stephen Day on the Corrigan 100-acre estate in the County Cavan including the accommodation, all meals, drinks and activities.
Guests will be hosted by Richard and his team, treated to festive feasts made with the produce from the estate gardens, mulled wine by the fire and Christmas carols within the restored 18th-century lodge overlooking the Lough Ramor.
Focus Ireland worked with the people who were homeless or at risk of losing the homes across the Ireland providing the advice, support, education and housing to help them have and keep the home.
The organisation believed that the everyone had the right to the place they called home and campaigned to address the causes of the homelessness with the page live until the 12pm on the Saturday.
