Dublin prepares for Aramark International Chefs’ Cup June 2-4

Dublin is hosting the 2026 Aramark International Chefs’ Cup from the 2nd to the 4th of June and welcomes 20 chefs from several countries. The event brings together participants from Canada, China, Czechia, Germany, Ireland, Korea, Latin America, Luxembourg, Spain and England. Irish representatives include Ana Nechita and Philip Morrissey.

Judges assessed entries on flavour, balance, creativity, presentation, technique, sustainability and execution during the competition at TU Dublin Grangegorman. The tasting panel included Derry Clarke, Ross Lewis, Paul Flynn and others while the technical panel featured Michael Nehrdich and colleagues. The winner received recognition at a gala dinner in Croke Park.
