- The menu is already available on 18 vessels.
- Carnival Elation and Carnival Valor introduced it on 17 October 2026.
- Carnival Paradise and Carnival Freedom follow in November.
- Carnival Legend introduces the menu on 19 November 2026.
Carnival Cruise Line has expanded its new main dining room menu to six additional ships from October 2026. The menu is already available on 18 vessels. Carnival Elation and Carnival Valor introduced the menu on 17 October 2026.
Carnival Horizon introduced the menu on 18 October 2026 from PortMiami. Carnival Paradise will introduce it on 5 November and Carnival Freedom on 7 November. Carnival Legend will follow on 19 November 2026.
Carnival will bring the menu to Australia based ships with a date being decided. Carnival Firenze and Carnival Radiance will introduce the selection later. Brand Ambassador John Heald noted the menu has been received well.
John Heald shared “Personally, I love the new dinner menus. I would love to share with you what our culinary team has as their per person per day food budget to spend. Obviously I can’t but, if I did, I think most of you would be gobsmacked at what that dollar figure is and how they manage to provide such a huge variety of excellent food choices for thousands of us to enjoy every day.”
