DFA extends advice ‘avoid non essential travel’ to Lebanon as well as Israel

The Department of Foreign Affairs has changed Lebanon to level three security advice: “avoid non essential travel’ which has implications for travel insurance and refunds.

Egypt and Jordan remain on Level 2: High degree of caution, where they were placed in May.

Israel was placed on a Level 3 status alert on Saturday.
