Hotel openings in October:
- AlmaLusa Alfama: The historic AlmaLusa Alfama brings charm with its 25 rooms, situated in a beautifully restored 12th-century building in Lisbon’s Alfama district. Additionally, guests can enjoy the Delfina Cafe.
- DoubleTree by Hilton Varanasi: Located a short distance from Varanasi city center, this 144-room hotel offers an outdoor pool, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, and ample event space spanning 20,000 square feet.
- Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe: This all-inclusive resort hotel in Cancun underwent extensive renovations and now offers 540 rooms and suites, multiple pools for adults and families, and a variety of dining options, including the FLAMA STK steakhouse and Maxal, a Mexican restaurant.
- ibis Styles Goa Vagator: Situated near Goa’s Manohar International Airport, this 142-room hotel features an all-day dining restaurant, a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and an ampitheatre for guests to enjoy.
- Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort & Spa: Located on West Bay Beach in Honduras, this 119-room resort hosts four restaurants and bars, as well as the Kao Kamasa Spa, featuring a glass-bottomed infinity pool overlooking the petrified coral reef.
- Kimpton Hotel Theta: Formerly known as the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square 8th Avenue, this upgraded New York hotel now houses 364 rooms, including lobby coffee shop Cafe Otto. Additionally, the rooftop Bar Sprezzatura is scheduled to open in 2024.
- Novotel Kinshasa La Gombe: Accor’s first Novotel property in the Democratic Republic of Congo offers 115 rooms, a swimming pool, and a rooftop bar and restaurant called KauKau, all designed with the brand’s new Metro design concept.

- room2 Belfast: Expanding beyond England, room2 Belfast features 175 rooms, a café, tea room, four meeting spaces, a fitness centre, bar, restaurant, and a laundry room in its nine-floor property, making it the fourth eco-hotel by the brand.
- Rosewood Munich: Set within the historical buildings of the former State Bank of Bavaria and Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, this 132-room hotel boasts a Cuvilliés restaurant and a 1,300 sqm Asaya Spa.
- Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club: This exclusive adults-only resort in Tulum features 300 suites and private villas, multiple outdoor pools, spa facilities, and ten dining options, including the Barefoot Grill, Half Time Sports Bar, and Coco Cafe.
- Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton: Located in Mystic, Connecticut, this Hilton property is the first under their new Spark “premium economy” brand. It features 120 rooms, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a 24-hour retail market.
- Tivoli La Caleta Tenerife Resort: Previously the Sheraton hotel, this renovated property now offers 284 rooms, three outdoor swimming pools, padel courts, spa facilities, and three unique dining venues, including the Yazuka sushi restaurant.
- Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Berlin Potsdamer Platz: This brand new 161-room hotel in Berlin showcases a street art design created by local graffiti artists. Guests can enjoy facilities such as a fitness centre, the BoBo Berlin restaurant, and a bakery.
- Wyndham Grand Barbados, Sam Lord’s Castle Resort & Spa: Situated on the former site of Sam Lord’s Castle, this new all-inclusive property in Barbados offers 422 rooms, lagoon-style swimming pools, and various dining options, including the Castle View steak and seafood bar.
