Lisavaird Food Group has entered a conditional agreement to acquire Seafood Processors Ltd. The acquisition introduces a retail arm to Lisavaird’s seafood business.
The company employsd more than 80 people at Ardaghy facility. The business achieved Gold Member status in Bord Bia’s Origin Green programme. Completion awaits Competition and Consumer Protection Commission approval.
