Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa has introduced advanced treatment bed experiences at its spa and offers non-contact options for relaxation. The new 30-minute sessions include the IDome with far infrared, plasma and light therapy plus the Spa & Body Wave with acoustic vibration. Therapists completed specialised oncology training to adapt treatments.

Lorna Jankovic directs the spa programme after her appointment as manager. The IDome supports detoxification while the Body Wave uses binaural sound for nervous system calm. Guests use the sessions alone or before other treatments.
