Dublin Airport, Shannon Airport, and AirNav Ireland’s air traffic control tower at Dublin Airport are illuminated in pink and blue today for the Wave of Light, closing Baby Loss Awareness Week.
The displays formed part of a worldwide initiative to honour babies lost during pregnancy, at birth, or shortly after.
The daa, operator of Dublin Airport, selected A Little Lifetime Foundation as a Charity of the Year in 2024 to support affected parents. Aviation sites across Ireland participated to raise public awareness and engage with communities. The illuminations appeared in evening skylines nationwide.
