British Airways has provided an update regarding the issues with its On Business loyalty programme.

According to a forum thread, users have been unable to access their accounts online since February of this year. In an email to members, BA stated that they are working with their third-party provider to restore online access and that they’ve made significant progress.

The carrier mentioned that members can still earn On Business Points for flight bookings made through ba.com or a travel agent, as long as their account number is included in the booking. However, there may be a slight delay in points balances and requested account changes being reflected in the accounts.

The airline assures members that they will provide further updates once online access is restored and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
