Contiki has undertaken its largest product overhaul in 64 years adding 76 new trips by the end of 2026 and restructuring its portfolio into eight themed Travel Worlds. The youth travel specialist unveiled the Go Wander initiative marking the largest brand and product transformation in its history. The expansion boosts the overall portfolio to 254 options and includes new destinations including Fiji and the Maldives.
The eight Travel Worlds include Contiki Originals for classic European road trips, Contiki Local for small-group cultural itineraries, Contiki Highlights for bucket-list sights, Contiki Lite for flexible cost-effective packages, Contiki Outdoors for active adventures, Contiki Islands for tropical escapes, Contiki Festivals for event-led trips and Contiki Luxe for upscale travel launching fully in 2027. The brand introduced lower everyday pricing across its website reducing reliance on flash sales.
The initiative targets Gen Z travellers as millennials age out of the 18 to 35 demographic. The operator redesigned its digital platform to categorise trips by interest rather than geography. Contiki is backed by private equity.
