Cork Airport Business Park has celebrated 25 years of fostering business development in southwest Ireland since opening in 2000.

The park is home to influential multinationals, including Analog Devices, Amazon, and IBM, and supports local Irish enterprises seeking a strategic base outside Dublin. Long-term commitments to sustainability include the installation of EV charging ports, rainwater harvesting systems, and bicycle parking facilities.

Captain Mark Casey of the Atlantic Flight Training Academy highlighted that proximity to Cork Airport has been a practical advantage for their operations. Future expansion opportunities are being explored to further enhance the park’s offerings and support for tenant businesses.

Kevin Howey shared, “Our mission has always been to provide a location where business can thrive, with the right infrastructure, community, and connectivity.”

Captain Mark Casey shared, “Over the years, AFTA’s presence at Cork Airport Business Park has been largely driven by practical considerations – proximity to the airport, access to aviation talent, and suitable infrastructure.”
