DAE completes acquisition of 100pc of Nordic Aviation Capital

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Ltd. (DAE) has finalised the acquisition of 100pc of Nordic Aviation Capital from NAC Holdings Limited, with an enterprise value of approximately US$2 billion.

Following the acquisition, DAE’s fleet now includes around 750 owned, managed, and committed aircraft, enhancing its position in the aviation market.

DAE’s owned and managed fleet consists of roughly 650 aircraft leased to 161 airlines across 74 countries, showcasing its global reach.

The transaction opens new opportunities for DAE to strengthen relationships with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and expand service offerings for current and prospective clients.
