Delta has successfully completed the first phase of its Delta Sync seatback screens rollout, now available on over 330 aircraft across five fleet types, including A321ceos, A320s, Boeing 757s, and many 737-800s.

The upgrade introduces new features such as live BBC News, a ‘My Flight’ experience for real-time travel information, and seat number displays to assist passengers during boarding.

Delta Sync represents 40pc of the airline’s inflight entertainment (IFE) system, with over 165,000 seatback screens across its fleet, and has seen significant engagement, with SkyMiles members logging in more than am times since its launch.

Future enhancements for Delta Sync will include a survey QR code for passenger feedback, a dedicated ‘Kids Experience’ area, and continued expansion of free wifi to international routes, further enhancing the in-flight experience.
